Ingredients

6 cups of broccoli florets (about 2 bunches or 2 frozen bags).

10.5 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup

1 cup mayonnaise

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

2-4 tablespoons butter

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cook the broccoli and add it to a 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Mix the soup, mayonnaise, eggs, and cheese together in a bowl
  4. Add the mixture to the casserole dish and mix it all together. spread the mixture evenly throughout the dish.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers on top.
  6. Spread the pats of butter on top.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

1. 12-ouncebag of cranberries

1 diced peeled Granny Smith Apple

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup Cointreau or Grand Marnier

1/2 cup water

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

zest of 1 lemon and 1 orange

Preparation Steps

  1. Combine the cranberries, apple, sugar, Cointreau, water, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the berries start to pop, about 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the grated zest.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator.

2 cans crushed pineapple, strained (about 3o oz. total)

10 slices of stale bread cubed (cruton-ish sized)

2 sticks of butter

2 cups sugar

8 eggs

cloves or cinnamon

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt the butter on the stovetop.
  3. When the butter is liquified, remove from the heat and stir in the sugar.
  4. Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl and lightly beat them to break the yolks.
  5. Stir in the butter & sugar mixture.
  6. Add 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon.
  7. Add the bread cubes and and pineapple to the mixture and stir to combine.
  8. Grease a 2-qt casserole dish.
  9. Pour the mixture into the casserole dish.
  10. Sprinkle cinnamon or cloves on top.
  11. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  12. The texture should be be similar to traditional stuffing. If it looks too juicy, bake for an additional 10 minutes.

chicken thighs

selection of your favorite veggies. We recommend broccoli, carrots, & onions

olive oil

salt

pepper

paprika

onion powder

garlic powder

Cajun seasoning

rice, quinoa or orzo

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
  2. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Cajun seasoning, and a hint of Cayenne seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs.
  4. Coat the thighs in the spice blend.
  5. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Place chicken on the pan and bake for 12 minutes.
  7. While the chicken is baking, chop the veggies.
  8. Marinate the chopped veggies in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper & paprika.
  9. Remove the chicken from the oven after 12 minutes and flip them.
  10. Add the veggies to the pan and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
  11. Serve with rice, quinoa, or orzo.

Filling

1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 box of powdered sugar (16 oz.)

Preparation Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine the cake ingredients in a bowl and mix them well.
  3. Lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch pan and add the batter in an even layer.
  4. Add the pumpkin and cream cheese to a large bowl and beat until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs, vanilla, and butter and beat together.
  6. Mix in the powdered sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg.
  7. Evenly spread the pumpkin mixture over the batter.
  8. Bake for 40-50 minutes. The center should still be a little gooey.
  9. Serve with whipped cream and/or ice cream.

  1. Peel the mangos. Then, finely chop them and add them to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Finely chop red pepper and onion and add to the bowl.
  3. Add desired amount of cilantro and chopped jalapenos.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, and add salt and pepper.
  5. Stir well to combine ingredients.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for about a day before serving.
